Pathway to Chartered Manager (CMgr)
Individuals having gained appropriate qualification and experience may apply for professional membership status with the Chartered Management Institute. Each membership level carries its own designatory letters and opens the door to the next stage.
Associate Member
The entry-level professional membership — recognising your commitment to management and leadership development.
Member
Full membership recognising substantial management experience and knowledge. Eligible to progress to Chartered Manager.
Fellow
The highest level of CMI membership, recognising outstanding contribution and achievement in management and leadership.
Chartered Manager
The gold standard for leaders and managers. Available to those with MCMI or FCMI status — the ultimate mark of professional excellence.
The Gold Standard for Leaders & Managers

One of the most rapidly expanding fields of professional and vocational development is that of professional coaching. Despite this expansion, many of those acting as professional coaches do not have the professional credentials to give them the depth of knowledge and practice that is required.
