Objectives
This intensive 5-day course equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct first, second, and third-party audits of management systems against ISO 9001:2015, following the guidelines of ISO 19011.
Course Description
Upon successful completion of this programme, delegates will be able to:

✔ Interpret ISO 9001:2015 – Gain in-depth knowledge of the standard’s purpose, structure, and requirements.
✔ Master the Audit Process – Learn how to effectively plan, conduct, report, and follow up on a quality management system audit in accordance with ISO 19011.
✔ Apply Auditing Techniques – Conduct practical audits using ISO 9001:2015 as a benchmark, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Participants who successfully complete this IRCA-certified course (within three years of applying for certification) will meet the training requirements for initial certification as an IRCA QMS Auditor.
